Saturday 11/05/02:
The weather's really
getting real summery now, Matt and I spent the afternoon
back in Heath Park.
The wind was very
light, which meant no buggying, but it was just enough
to allow Matt to get to grips with the new Firebee 6.5,
as he hadn't had much experience with quadline kites
before.
Under my tuition
he made very quick progress and by the end of the afternoon
had just about mastered the basics even pulling out
some very profession-looking reverse launches.
Right, bring on the
wind...
Also, the calm conditions
allow us to get some nice shots of us and the kites,
so as soon as we get the scanner sorted, a photo gallery
will be online.
